Off-Season Specials
Effective October 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012
Multiple Night Specials:
- Stay one night in any of our rooms at the regular price and get a second night at half price.
- Book three nights and receive the third night FREE.
Mid Week Specials:
- Special pricing $99 per night, Sunday through Thursday in our Siletz, Tillamook, or Alsea rooms.
- Special pricing $149 per night, Sunday through Thursday in our Chinook or Yaquina rooms.
As you make your online reservation, please indicate Multiple Night or Mid Week Special in the “comment” box. You will receive a confirmation applying the special rate via email.

Gift Certificates
1 Night accommodations for two in any one of our rooms: $159
2 Nights accommodations for two in any one of our rooms: $318
3 Nights accommodations for two in any one of our rooms: $477
Gift certificates are available for purchase through March 10, 2012 and are valid for one full year from the purchase date. Breakfast is included with the price of the room. This special price also includes required lodging taxes. Gift certificates for a set number of nights stay may not be combined with any other specials or discounts such as AAA, AARP, or Military.
Gift certificates may also be purchased for a specific dollar amount towards a future stay at Tyee Lodge B&B.

Packages
To better serve you, when making your reservations please inform our innkeepers of the day and time you would like your Package prepared. When making online reservations, simply indicate your package request in the "Comment" box. We'll do our best to accomodate your schedule.
- S'Mores on the Beach:
We'll provide everything you need for a fire down on the beach and add in S'mores fixings (chocolate bars, graham crackers, marshmallows) ~including sticks for roasting the marshmallows. A great way to have fun and make memories!
Cost: $25.00
- Romantic Interlude:
Set the mood with roses, gourmet chocolates, a hand blown treasure from Oregon Coast Glassworks, and a chilled bottle of wine (red, white or blush) or sparkling cider welcoming your arrival. Make arrangements with our innkeepers for an alternate time. You are sure to create romance with this package!
Cost: $69.00
- Breakfast in Your Room:
The same wonderful full course breakfast prepared by our cooks for the dining room will be brought to you for your enjoyment in the privacy of your own room.
Cost: $25.00 for two guests
- Massage:
Indulge in a relaxing, rejuvenating massage by a Licensed Massage Therapist at a nearby day spa. You will come away refreshed and balanced; a great gift to yourself or that special someone! Please make arrangements with our innkeepers at least 24 hours prior so we can help you make an appointment.
Cost: $65.00 for a one hour massage (subject to change)
