- Check in between 4 pm and 6 pm. Arrivals after 6 pm require prior arrangements. You may be subject to an additional charge if you check in later than 9pm. Please make arrangements in advance for a late arrival.
- Check out time is 11 am.

- Rates are for two adults and include breakfast for two.
- Cancellations require two weeks notice for each room reserved with a $25 processing fee per room. Last minute cancellations will receive a gift certificate to use at a later date, but your credit card will be charged.
- Breakfast is served at 9 am. Early risers can request granola and yogurt. Coffee is available at 6:30 am. Please inform us of allergies or special requests.
- Each room is cable ready. TV/DVD may be requested.
- Smoking is only allowed outdoors in the designated area.
The following holidays and special events may require a minimum of 2 nights:
- New Years Eve,
- Valentine's Day,
- Newport Seafood & Wine Festival in February,
- Memorial Day,
- July 4th,
- Labor Day,
- Thanksgiving.
- Weddings, reunions or other group events.
Our inn is closed for the the Christmas holiday so our employees may enjoy time with their families.
